  • You significantly advance our interdisciplinary teams as a Senior Scrum Master.

  • You support less experienced Scrum Masters as a mentor and accompany them on their development journey.
  • You are in frequent contact with other Scrum Masters and our agile community.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have more than 5 years’ worth of experience in relevant agile roles.

    • You have gained more than 2 years of experience working with agile scaling frameworks.
    • You strive to be most effective, and you identify as a servant leader.
    • You are used to working in large organizations and communicate proficiently on all organizational levels.
    • You are always up to date on the hot topics in the agile world and spark excitement for agile working models easily in other people.
    • You work effortlessly with virtual whiteboard tools like Miro and fresh moderation approaches like Liberating Structures.
    • You speak English and German with full professional proficiency.
