YOUR TASKS

  • Set up and configure new user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions.
  • Manage the procurement process for laptops and other IT equipment, including researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and placing orders.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets, tracking usage, repairs, and replacements as necessary.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Develop IT security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO9001 and TISAX.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, continuously improving our security posture.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate security into all aspects of IT operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Occasional in-office attendance is necessary to ensure seamless operation of IT infrastructure.

YOUR PROFILE

  • an IT professional with proven experience in IT support or a related field and a strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • you have solid knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and technologies, with hands-on experience implementing security measures.
  • an excellent problem-solver and you have the ability to analyze complex security issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • familiar with common security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and encryption techniques.
  • you have strong English skills, both written and verbal.
  • able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • proactive and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • have previous experience with working with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
